The Erasmus+ RMT project is ending !

Here we are! The Erasmus+ RMT team is happy to inform you that all the outputs are now available in the 5 languages of the partnership, and downloadable from the website, on the Output page.

We invite you more specifically to look at the «Methodological Toolkit for Transnational Vocational Mobility», toolkit designed for mobility operators, career counsellors and especially those looking to secure employment – young people aged between 18 and 25 finding it hard to secure entry to the job market, students at the end of the course, recent graduates, and adults seeking employment – who hope to enter a qualification process abroad as a structuring stage of their personal and professional development.

The materials, composed in three traditional stages – preparation before departure, during mobility and upon return home, has been designed to be available in paper or computer format and can be used in self-training, Individualised support and / or collective workshops. In order to make it transferable, we have chosen not to offer specific information on the different mobility programmes (participation / selection modality, legal framework, administrative and organisational procedures). This is one of the characteristics that makes it adaptable and which will enable the organisations that wish to adapt these materials by adding supplements adapted to their context and their target groups.

Final seminar for the dissemination of the Erasmus+ RMT results

The European Institute of Research and Training (IERF) alongside the Regional Council of Ile-de-France, the Nanterre Centre for Employment and Training and its European partners – European Placement Network (Bristol), Esmovia (Valencia) CEDIT (Florence) and Berlink (Berlin) – are pleased to invite you to a seminar which will take place in Paris on the 8^th of December 2016 to mark the he end of the cross-sectorial strategic partnership project „Erasmus+ RMT: The renewal of transnational mobility, a new opportunity for people looking to enter the labour market and for businesses.“

Understanding the perception and value that companies attribute to periods of transnational mobility and the development of materials and methods to capitalise on the experiences and benefits were the two main project areas of research in the „Erasmus + RMT project“.

Organised for institutional representatives, career guidance professionals and all stakeholders involved in this field of activity, the seminar will provide an ideal opportunity to present the three key deliverables of the Erasmus+ RMT project:

• Perspectives of European companies on the Recognition of the benefits of transnational work-based mobility, based on a survey of 170 companies across five countries.
• A cross European best practice compendium of tools for transnational mobility.
• A methodological toolkit for the valorisation and capitalisation of the benefits transnational vocational mobility.

APRIL 2016: VIERTE INTERNATIONALE TREFFEN IN BERLIN

Das vierte internationale Treffen des Erasmus+ Projektes RMT, wurde von unserem Partner Berlink zwischen den 14. und 15.April organisiert. Der erste  Tag wurde der Datenanalyse der Umfragen von 170 Firmen in 5 Ländern gewidmet.  Am zweiten Tag haben alle Partner den Fortschritt aller Aktivitäten besprochen und den Projektabschluss geplant: die Ausarbeitung der Ergebnissen und die Organisation der Europäischen Events in Oktober und November, die die Ergebnisse des RMT Projektes präsentieren werden.

DER BRITISH COUNCIL STARTET DEN „MOBILITÄT KREIS“

Überzeugt von der Bedeutung einer transnationalen Mobilität Erfahrung in der akademischen und beruflichen Karriere von Menschen aller Arten und aller Altersgruppen und die Notwendigkeit, angemessene Lösungen zu finden, zu erleichtern und zu fördern, um eingehende und ausgehende Mobilität Projekte, die französische Büro des British Council beschlossen hat, der „Mobilität Kreis“ zu gründen. Diese Gruppe wird aus öffentlichen und privaten Organisationen und Dienstleistern gebildet, die sich drei bis vier Mal im Jahr zum Austausch von bewährten Praktiken und von Informationen treffen werden, und vor allem für ihre Anstrengungen bündeln, um die bestmöglichen Lösungen für die betroffenen Parteien. Konferenzen und Publikationen sind ebenfalls geplant, um gemeinsame Ziele und Ideen zu publizieren. Die erste Sitzung findet am 24. März 2016, in Paris, und wird es ermöglichen, Dienstleistungserbringer, öffentliche Einrichtungen und Organisationen, die in diesem Bereich tätig sind, ihre Mobilitätsprojekte vorzustellen und die Debatte zu fördern.

IERF spielt eine aktive Rolle, neben der Ile-de-France, auf, einen Bericht über den Fortschritt unserer Erasmus-RMT-Projekt.

REISEN FÜR MEHR WACHSTUM UND REIFE… DIE INTERNATIONALE MOBILITÄT DER JUNGEN MENSCHEN, EINER NATIONALEN PRIORITÄT

Seit 2013 hat die französische Regierung die europäische und internationale Mobilität von Jugendlichen als eine Ihrer Prioritäten enthalten. Als Teil des Aktionsplans „Jugend ist unsere Priorität‘, die von den Ministerpräsidenten am 23. Februar 2013, Neue strategische und politische Ebenen wurden auf nationaler Ebene (Ständiger Ausschuss für Europäische und internationale Mobilität von Jugendlichen) und der regionalen Ebene: Regional Committee for Mobility (COREMOB). Auf der Grundlage der Ile-de-France seit dem 9. Oktober 2015, COREMOB ist das strategische Gremium für regionale und politische Verwaltung der internationalen Mobilitätsprogramme. Es vereint alle öffentlichen, privaten und gemeinnützigen Einrichtungen, die sich mit der Mobilität der Jugendlichen, unabhängig von ihrem Status, die in ein Projekt der Mobilität für Studium, Arbeit-based Learning oder freiwilligen Gründe. Unter dem gemeinsamen Vorsitz von der Zentralregierung und den regionalen Rat, die COREMOB zielt darauf ab, die eine territoriale Diagnose (Status der aktuellen Programme, Begünstigte und der zur Verfügung stehenden Mittel) und schlägt einen dreijährigen Plan für die Entwicklung der Mobilität. Die Ile-de-France ist verantwortlich für die Leitung einer Arbeitsgruppe für die Anerkennung der formalen und informellen Vorteile durch Mobilität.

Die COREMOB stellt somit ein einzigartiges Forum, um sowohl einen Beitrag zur Bereicherung des RMT-Projekt und für ihre Verbreitung auf regionaler Ebene.
